Labels are a great way to brand any of our stock bags and label projects have never been easier with our printing and application services. With both digital and flexographic capabilities, our skilled sales team will help determine the best solution for you based on your specific needs. Pressure sensitive labels make the best first impression to your packaging. We have a full line of stock bags for you to choose from. When your product hits the market, it has to communicate your brand and impress customers. Don’t get caught hand applying labels! Our automatic label application machines are designed to apply labels professionally, efficiently and accurately, saving precious time and money.

 

  1. Inner diameter (core) size must be 3".

  2. The preferable number of labels per roll is 2,000 to 3,000 with the outer diameter not exceeding 12".

  3. Web width must be between 2" to 6.5".

  4. Labels need to have at least a 1/16" gap on all sides (between, left, and right).

  5. Liner cannot be perforated. If the label is die-cut, the die must not puncture the liner.

  6. Label image direction must be bottom out (Rewind #2). See the diagram for visual explanation.

  7. Label paper weight (paper face) must be at least 50 lb. (caliper: thickness – 0.0024") excluding adhesive and liner.

  8. Labels must be centered on the liner.

  9. Labels and liner cannot be clear.

  10. When packaging labels, ensure that the inner core is not damaged and the labels are rewound tightly.

  11. Each roll must only include ONE label design. Front and back labels cannot be on the same roll.

  12. Use resealable/reusable tape or a repositionable label to secure the end of the roll.

  13. Label item number must be indicated on the inside of inner core.
